1. Delivery service within Singapore is free of charge.

2. OMG uses Federal Express International Priority service for delivery services from Singapore to other countries.

3. There will be a delivery service fee from Singapore to other country, delivery fee will be included in your invoice.

4. Once the purchase is paid and confirmed, OMG will send an E-mail including the airway bill number.

5. The delivery service needs 5 working days. may be delayed due to the customs or unforeseen circumstances.

6. To check the status of the shipment, the customer can go to http://www.fedex.com/sg/tracking/ . OMG delivery service is by Federal Express International Priority service delivery , where the delivery destinations covered includes more than 200 countries.
