1. How do I know whether the purchase has been processed?
We will first send you an email to notify you that the purchase has been received. If you are paying by PayPal or Telegraphic Transfer, another E-mail will be sent when your payment is accepted. Cash or cheque payment are accepted in Singapore delivery and self-collection, second E-mail will not send out.
2. After payment, when will I received the products?
After receiving the confirmation E-mail from us, you will receive your products within 5 working days. If the delivery delay, may due to the customs or unforeseen circumstances causes.
3. How can I find my delivery status?

Deliveries from Singapore to other country, you can go to Federal Express website (http://www.fedex.com/sg/tracking/) to check the status of the delivery by entering the airway bill number, the airway bill number was in your confirmation E-mail.
4. If I did not receive my purchase products, what should I do?

5. Can I cancel my purchase?
Once the confirmation of purchase was received or the products have been sent out, OMG will not accepted cancellation of purchase.
6. If OMG produce is damaged, what should I do?
OMG products have 3 year guarantee from the date of purchase. Manufacture defects or broken when you receiving your purchase products please inform within 3 working, OMG will do an exchange for the products after the damage been versify by both party.
